1. Services Offered

We offer digital services including but not limited to:

• Website Design and Development

2. SEO Services

• No Guarantee of Rankings: We do not guarantee specific keyword rankings or positions on search engines like Google, as their algorithms are subject to constant changes.

• Backlink Policy: We do not commit to a specific number of backlinks or guarantee link-building quantities.
• No Backlink Reports:  We do not provide detailed backlink reports. However, we will share performance reports such as keyword rankings and traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Third-Party Changes: We are not responsible for any changes made by search engines, directories, or other third-party platforms that may affect SEO performance.

3. Social Media Marketing

All content, designs, and campaign strategies developed for social media platforms are based on current best practices and trends. However, results may vary based on audience engagement and platform algorithms.

4. Website Development

• Project Handover: Once a website is developed and handed over, we are not responsible for any future technical issues, security vulnerabilities, or changes made by the client or third parties.

• Maintenance and Support: Post-handover maintenance is not included unless explicitly stated in a separate maintenance agreement.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments made for our services are non-refundable.

• Work will begin only after the agreed-upon payment has been received.

• Delay in payments may result in a pause or discontinuation of services.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and strategies made for website development, created by Ace Mind Tech remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.

• Clients are granted full rights of website to the final product after project completion and payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Acemind Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising out of delays, errors, or changes by third-party platforms or services.

• We do not accept liability for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or software updates.

8. Modifications to the Agreement

Acemind Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing this section periodically.
